[Ed Notes: Here we go again. The Weekly Synopses List for the
week ending 31 May 1997. What with the list troubles, and all
that, it's not surprising that this one isn't as big as the (presumed)
norm.]

In Chapter 1 we introduce Midori. In Chapter 2 we see where everybody
stands. Now in Chapter 3 we bring back Happosai and add a little mystery
to the mix. For those who haven't read Ai No Kodomo yet, it's almost
required reading to really follow the story. For everyone else, enjoy

A freak accident occurs in the middle of the night and the dojo burns
down. While the Tendo-Saotome household is still recuperating from their
loss, Soun and Genma drop another bomb. They are relieving Ranma and
Akane of their obligation to remain engaged. As if things could get any
messier, Akane receives a letter of acceptance from an acting school she
really admires. Problem is, it's located halfway across Japan. Will
Ranma finally work up the courage to tell her how he feels? Or will he
let her move away from his life forever?

He goes there, expecting to solve the characters' problems.
Unfortunately for him, things don't go the way he expects.
This story is basically a satire, making fun of otaku insertion fics.

A typical Ranma 1/2 incident goes horribly wrong, leaving Saotome Ranma
in the hospital with a head injury. Ranma wakes up a short while later -
his memory lost.. and with the full belief that he is a "she." How will
this new Ranma deal with the bordering on insane Ranma 1/2 world? Will
she ever regain her memory? Find out by reading.
The first 3 chapters have been released.

he's not ready by then, it's good-bye Nerima and Martial Arts!!!

1. Madoka has heard of the strange things that go on in Nerima and
has sent Yohko & Azusa to investigate. They plan to stay with Nodoka
Saotome (96th Demon Hunter of her clan). Nodoka (currently living at the
Tendo's) arranges for the younger Demon Hunters to stay there as well.
Yohko meets Ranma and it's love at first sight (at least for her) and
Nodoka engages the two. Ranma has a fight with his mother.
2. A revised version of the second part of my, still untitled, Ranma 1/2 -
Demon Hunter Yohko xover. Ranma tries to deal with the pain that he
caused his mother, gets a new fiancee, and starts to build a relationship
with Akane. There's also a "duel" between Ranma and Yohko which
answers the question "who's the better martial artist?"
