First, sunset and sunup times are not determined by location. it is
determined by the relative longitude of th spot. this means that if you
are in perhaps the loweet island of Japan, you will get the summer sunup
at about 5:30 instead of the 5:45 - 6:00 time for the highest island. You
just follow the american times and you should be fine. sheesh. it's not
that different if you follow the lonitude you are at and the longitude you
are looking for.
