transitional government there, while Nepal and Brunei (small chunk of
Borneo) remain kingdoms in the old style. 

(3) Um, well, will this story work??  Heh, this is the biggy.  About 70%
of the ideas I get usually don't work beyond 2 pages...  I might want to
invest time in this one.

	There are very few storys that cannot work if well written, but I
have difficulty seeing Onna-Ranma passing herself off as a well reared
noblewoman from any patriarchal society.
	But then that's the entire point, isn't it?
