Kyone (finally) is sitting at her computer writing, when the other
Magic Knights walk into their apartment. All three of them have
apparently gone shopping since they are carrying all sorts of parcels.
Kyone takes a few seconds to stare at them enviously, before returning
to her work.

"Kyone-chan! Are you writing the next part of Magic Knight Ranma? You
know how much Zen's been waiting for it..." Hikaru smiles. *I can
almost feel the cuteness quotient shoot through the roof when she does
that!* Kyone sighed.

"No, I'm not working on that one right now! I'm working on that
tomorrow." Kyone glances at Umi, and calms down significantly. *She's
not upset! A new record! Three days without her hitting me!*

"Then, are you working on that Quantum Leap fic? I know your friend
Causey-san would appreciate you getting more of that done." Fuu calmly
replies. "Besides, you haven't done anything new on it since you
started. I know he's probably feed up with you by now."

"Yeah, and we would enjoy it if you finally wrote a story with us in
it! AND you haven't even come up with an idea for one, yet" Umi calmly
(for talking to Kyone) replied.

"Umm...no. I'll be working on the Quantum Leap one later tonight!
Really! And I promise that I'll start a Magic Knight Rayearth one as
soon as I have a good idea! I promise!" Kyone replied, looking for a
way out, if things got sticky. As usual, there isn't.

"Then what are you writing?" Umi asked, as she glanced over Kyone's
shoulder. "Ohh, more of your alternate history story...Misaki-chan
Change!!"

"You mean none of you are mad at me? You aren't going to beat me up?"
Kyone, for once, felt like she was actually safe typing.

"Actually, no. I've beat you up so much while you've been writing, it's
become a tradition, and I'd feel bad for not doing it." Umi grinned at
Kyone, with an evil glint in her eyes. Kyone bolted, away from her and
slammed into a wall.

"You really should look where you're going, Kyone-chan!" Umi told her,
as she began to wipe the floor for her. "It would sure hurt a lot
less!"

Kyone's only response were her screams.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was still recovering from what Daddy had just told me. *I never
knew you could learn so much about your own family over breakfast* I
thought. *Still, to find out that Daddy gave birth to me! What could
be more shocking than that?*

There was a sudden ominous thunder boom....

Mom abruptly seemed to brighten, as if she had an idea.. "Oh, I know
what we can do! Tonight, after you get back from school, I'm going to
invite some people over for dinner," Mom said. "We haven't seen them
since before you were born, but they are good friends of your father and
me. They also have the same sex-changing abilities we do."

I perked up a bit at that. "Who are they?"

Mom grins. "I think their son goes to your school. They're the
Shimeru's."

I crashed to the floor, fainting from the shock.

*...* -- Misaki's Thoughts
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Kyone's Ravings:
Okay. This story is the next part of my alternate story of Futaba-kun
Change!! story. This part begins right after the last part. Umi-chan,
would you like to tell them what happened in the last part?

Umi's Rantings:
Sure, Kyone-chan! In the last part of Misaki-chan Change!!, Shima
Misaki woke up from a wrestling match, to find out that she had turned
into a guy! After convincing her, (excuse me, HIS) friend, Futaba-chan,
that he was all right, (of course, without revealing that he's a guy
now) Misaki-kun made his way home. That night, he had a weird dream,
where he lost the affections of the man he loves, Shimeru Futaba, but
found herself getting intimate with one of her closest female friends,
also named Shimeru Futaba! If you aren't confused yet, when Misaki-kun
woke up, he found out that his mom and dad also changed sexes due to
stress! While quite glad to find out that he would not be stuck as a
man, Misaki-kun's family dumped two more surprises on him! One, that it
was the person who he thought was her father all his life that gave
birth to him, and two, that the man that he loves, Shimeru Futaba,
changes sex, just like him!

And now back to you, Kyone-chan!

Kyone's Ravings:
Err....right! And if you aren't totally confused, here's Fuu-chan, who
will tell us where we can learn more about Futaba-kun Change!!

Fuu's information:
	Thank you, Kyone-san.

Not only do they give a good description of the series, they have links
to the translations to the manga. Part 7, the most recent part, is only
partially translated, but, then again, it is the most recent volume
released.

	And now back to Kyone-san.

Kyone's Ravings:
Thank you, Fuu-chan. Hikaru-chan, would you please introduce the
story?

Hikaru's cheering:
Thank you Kyone-chan! All I want to say is enjoy the story!
Kyone-chan appreciates all your responses! There are two things you
need to know first, however...

1. Kaichou-sensei means principal, and is also how Futaba refers to the
principal of Komatane Junior High School in the manga.
2. The manga translation I'm using translates Seigi No Mikata as "The
Friend of Justice." And believe me when I say, he really does use a
corny new disguise every time!

Now, on with the story!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My face was hot from anger as I charged down the halls of Komatane
Junior High school. I was dressed like normal for school, with the
addition of some padding to ensure that I still looked like a girl to my
classmates.

At that time though, I didn't really care if I looked like a man. It
was only because of Mother that I disguised myself, instead of storming
straight to school. Even with the disguise, however, I didn't look all
that feminine. Of course, most people when they are pissed as I am
don't look feminine.

I stormed into his classroom, and scanned the room for my target. When
I found Futaba-chan sitting at her desk, my heart skipped a beat, and
the desire to pound her began to leave me. I quickly shook it off,
however, and charged to her desk. "Futaba-chan!" I growled, as I
grabbed her arm.

"What's wrong, Misaki-chan?" she asked, quite puzzled.

"Come out to the hall with me. We HAVE to talk!" I commanded. Before
Futaba-chan had a chance to reply, I yanked her out of her desk and
dragged her out to the hall. A few other students crowded around,
wanting to watch, until I glared at them, promising death if they did
not leave us alone. Promptly, the other students flooded to their
assorted classrooms.

"Wha-!" Futaba-chan began, before looking at my face. She promptly
shut up.

I took a deep breath, trying to keep myself angry. It disturbed me
greatly that I was more interested in gazing into Futaba-chan's
beautiful eyes than to find out why she had never told me the full
truth. I tightened my grip on her arm, and asked. "Why,
Shimeru-kun...why didn't you tell me?"

"Tell you...." I watched Futaba-chan's eyed grow to twice their normal
size, when she realized what I had called her. "You know my secret!
How did you find out?" she asked. I let go of her arm, since she wasn't
struggling.

"This morning, while I was talking to my parents, they told me. I
thought we were friends, Futa--Shimeru-kun. Maybe something more. Did
you just not trust me? Is that it?" I asked, as I gazed at her
gorgeous face, while the smell of her hair was driving me crazy. *NO!
I must stay mad! I HAVE to stay mad!* But it was hard to do so.

Futaba-chan lowered her eyes, causing my heart to skip again. "I
didn't tell you..." she began, her voice cracking, as if she was trying
not to cry. "I didn't tell you because I was scared. Scared that you
would hate me for being a freak. And now, you do. I can tell it. You
hate me now, don't you?" Futaba-chan looked up, tears flooding her
lovely green eyes.

I couldn't take it anymore. The last bit of anger I had for this
beautiful creature flew out of me. I pulled her to my chest, hugging
her as hard as I could without crushing her. "I...I could never hate
you, Futaba-chan...." I...I couldn't believe how tender my voice
sounded.

Futaba-chan wrapped her arms around me, returning his hug. "You mean
it? It really doesn't bother-EH!?!?!" Suddenly, Futaba-chan's
expression changed from relief to shock! She pushed me away, looking
down at my skirt. "What happened to you, Misaki-chan? I thought I felt
a...a..." Her face turned red as she tried to tell me what had been
pressed into her body.

*Oh, no! I forgot! I'm still a guy!* I blushed. *She...she felt so
good in my arms though--WHAT AM I THINKING! I'm a GIRL!* I started to
breathe slow, trying to calm down my excited body.
"Umm...Fu--Shimeru-kun...ahh...my family kinda has the same genetic
quirk your family does." I started to blush harder as Futaba-chan's
eyes grew huge yet again. "I-I changed for the first time yesterday,
after the fight."

"So that's why you were acting so weird! I had no idea!" Her
expression quickly shifted from shock to concern. "How...how are you
taking it? I know it didn't go over well with me when it happened..."

I smirked. "I don't think I did either. It's not everyday that you
find out you're not quite the same as everyone else...let alone that the
person you thought of as your father gave birth to you." Futaba-chan
started giggling. "What? What did I say?"

"Oh, nothing. I was just remembering what happened when my dad told
me..." She giggled again at my curious expression. "I'll tell you
about it later...I gotta take you to kaichou-sensei, and show you the
secret hiding place."

"Take me to kaichou-sensei? Are you nuts!?!" I exclaimed. When I saw
the hurt expression on Futaba-chan's face, I immediately regretted it.
"I'm sorry, Futaba-chan. I shouldn't have yelled."

Relief flooded me as she smiles at me... "Don't worry about
kaichou-sensei. He knows about us, and will keep your secret," she
said. "Though he's a little bit eccentric at times, so keep your eyes
open." She wrapped her arms around mine, and started pulling me to the
office.

*She...she looks so cute!* I thought, as she lead me down the hall. I
then slapped myself in the head. *Why do I keep thinking of
her...er...him...whatever like that? I'M A GIRL! Girls don't want
other girls!*

					-=-=-

I'd never been in the kaichou's office before, and was quite surprised
at the decor. Throughout the room were pictures and statues of all
sorts of super heroes. I thought that I even recognized a few of them
from those American comic books. Only one wall did not have any of the
decorations, since it was the office window. Standing in front of the
window, looking out was our kaichou, Hirouin-sensei.

Futaba-chan released my arm and stepped forward.
"Umm...kaichou-sensei. We need to talk to you," she said, timidly.
"There's something we need you to know."

Hirouin-sensei turned around and faced us. No matter how many times I
saw him, I always had to suppress the urge to giggle, since his head as
an oddly colored beach ball. "What's the problem, Shimeru-kun? Is
there something wrong with Shima-kun?"

Futaba-chan blushed. "Not...exactly WRONG with her. Apparently, her
family has the same genetic quirk mine does, and she now changes. We
need for you to get her re-registered as a guy, like you did for me..."

"SAY NOTHING MORE!" kaichou-sensei cried out. "I will take care of
this!" He turned back to the window. "Shima-kun," he said, staring out
on the school grounds.

"Ha...Hai?" I replied, trying to straighten out what exactly was going
on.

Hirouin-sensei turned back to me. "As long as you believe in justice,
you will have no problems at this school!" His suddenly jerked back
towards the window. "Excuse me for a second."

Futaba-chan sighed. "He's at it, again," she said, after searching out
the window for a few seconds.

"He's at what?" I asked. Futaba-chan pointed towards the school
gate. I turned my head, and saw it. There was a student trying to
sneak off the school grounds.

I was about to ask her what she meant, again, when someone's voice
startled me, shouting "HA!" I spun around, searching for the offending
person. It was...the principal dressed in a Spider-Man outfit! "I will
stop that delinquent student from breaking school rules, for I am Seigi
No Mikata!" He charged forward breaking through the window.

I just stared. "Kai...Kaichou-sensei is Seigi No Mikata!?!?" I
exclaimed, turning toward Futaba-chan. My jaw must have dropped to the
floor.

Shock was soon followed by humor in Futaba-chan's beautiful eyes. "You
mean you didn't know? I thought everyone had seen through
Kaichou-sensei's corny disguises." She smiled. "He does think that no
one recognizes him through his costumes, however...."

I flushed. "I guess you're right, they are a bit corny. Though now
that I think about it, I should have caught on to you a few times." I
smiled, glad to get the drop on her for a change. "I do have a good
excuse, however. Guys just aren't supposed to change into girls, are
they?"

Futaba-chan just shakes her head, still smiling. "I guess not. Come
on. I'll take you to the secret hiding place. We need to get you
changed, so we can introduce the class to its new member!"

					-=-=-

I was quite surprised to see the secret room. As many times as I'd
walked past the door on the stairwell, I'd never noticed it. The room
wasn't all that big, but there was plenty of space to store clothing.
On the wall across from the door, there was a chest of drawers under a
mirror. For the first time since yesterday evening, I got a good chance
to examine my male form.

I noticed that I looked extremely similar to my female self. I'm not
sure if that's normal, since Futaba-chan's male and female forms are
radically different. The only major differences I noticed in my male
form was that I was slightly taller, and that my hair didn't seem to be
quite the same shade of black that I'm used to.

"Futaba-chan, what are we gonna do? I don't look different enough in
this form to pass off as a new guy!" I exclaimed, as I examined myself.

"Then we'll make you different!" She smiled. I began to sweat.
"First of all, why don't you change? I'll wait outside while you do."
Futaba-chan walked over to the door.

"Wait! What do I change into?" I replied, panicking. Futaba-chan
sighed. She walked over to the chest of drawers, pulled one open, and
took out a uniform. She brought it up to my body.

"There! That looks about the right size! Put these on." She dropped
the clothes into his arms. "And don't forget to tell me when you're
done! Then I'll start teaching you how to be a guy!"

*I'm doomed! I am SO doomed!*

					-=-=-

"So, Shimeru-kun, how are you gonna make me look like someone else?"
After I had gotten dressed, Futaba-chan had thrown me out. When she let
me back in, he was male, and as handsome as always....

Shimeru-kun walked around me for a few seconds looking me over. "First
of all, we gotta clean off whatever makeup you're wearing. Then, I
think we'll tie your hair into a long pony tail. If anyone in class
asks about how long it is, just comment about it being a family
tradition. While you were changing, I got some stuff, so you can clean
up your face, while I deal with your hair."

While I was using the mirror, I watched how Shimeru tied my hair. He
arranged my hair so that it was pulled back straight, kinda like how
Duncan MacCleod generally has his hair in Highlander. I don't think it
looked all that bad actually. But there was one thing. "This doesn't
help all that much...I still look a lot like normal. You can't change
the way my face looks."

"You're right. So we'll have to distract them from it." He chuckled,
probably because I had that shocked look again. "I once heard that one
of the best disguises is an eye patch, since it causes everyone to look
at the eye patch, not the face. But I don't think that it will do for
you. It's too easy for someone to find out you're wearing one for no
reason. While I was picking that other stuff up, I also ran by the
Drama Club's storage room, and got this!"

Shimeru-kun held up a pair of glasses, with lenses and all I glanced
at them for a second, then stared at him. "Glasses? I don't need
glasses."

"I know," he replied. "Put them on. They won't effect your vision at
all, but it will give everyone something else to look at. While you may
still look a lot like the Misaki-chan everyone knows, well, everyone
also knows that Misaki-chan isn't male and doesn't wear glasses. Put
them on and then look at yourself."

I put them on, and looked at the mirror. Shimeru-kun was right. I
didn't look like myself! It's exactly like they say...staring into a
mirror and seeing a stranger. To tell the truth, it's a little bit
disconcerting.

"Come on, SHIMA-KUN!" I stared at him for a second, as he opened the
door. "What do you expect? I wouldn't look all that normal calling
some new guy that no one had ever seen 'Misaki-chan' now would I?"

I thought about that for a few seconds. As much as I didn't like it, I
knew he was right.

					-=-=-

Both of us stood outside of the classroom door. "Well, we can't put
this off any longer, Shima-kun. We better enter, now, so we don't get
punished." Shimeru-kun patted me on my shoulder. "Don't worry, I'll go
in first. I'll call you in."

*Here goes nothing,* I thought, as he opened the door, and stepped in.

That's when I heard Sabuyama-sensei. "Where have you been,
Shimeru-kun? Why are you so late?"

"I was showing a new student around. He just transferred in today, but
he was a bit late, so Kaichou-sensei didn't have time to call you. I
just happened to be around, and got drafted."

I could almost hear the relief in sensei's voice. "I'm glad that's all
it was. I don't want to have to punish you, Shimeru-kun. Would you
please call in the new student?"

"Sure will. Come on in, Shima-kun." I walked through the door,
timidly scanning my classmates. *This is weird, being reintroduced to
all my friends again...* I then looked at sensei. *That's odd. He
always seems quite unfriendly with my female self. Why is he now
looking at me the way he looks at Shimeru-kun?*

"It's nice to meet you," said sensei. "I will be one of your
teachers. My name is Sabuyama. I'm glad you are joining our class."

I then bowed to him, then turned to face my classmates. "My name is
Shima Misaki. It's nice to meet you."
