Hello everyone.  I would just like to say that once more I have time. 
 so that anyone that I have been prereading for can now expect in 
depth reviews again.  Also if someone is out there who would like a 
prereader then, (debates the offer wondering if this is a foolish 
idea) I supose that I could start doing so for a couple more people, 
I wont promise to say yes if you ask or even be fair about it but if 
you would like someone to be editing for you whose specialty seems to 
be in flow and tense controll then feel free to ask.
