As for Tenchi, that's just Tenchi Syndrome.

Actually, Ten-chan's got a lot going for him.  He's the heir to a great
galactic empire, he's a sensitive soul, he's got a big sword (Whoops!
went a wee bit too hentai there) and he's rather funny.

That's why he's on my list.  But personally, I think Sasami/Tsunami's
going to win the Tenchi Sweepstakes..
