	Well, it wasn't a dam.  Just the Red River (of the north) pouring 
too much water up out of the states again.  Twister and I live in 
adjacent suburbs of Winnipeg, his suburb was evacuated because of the 
flood.  I haven't heard from him recently either.  Hmmm.  Spring of the 
drowned Canada Goose?  Much more likely than Peking Duck around here.
