If <name> writes a fic: 0 drinks
 If fic is a self-insertion fic: 1/2 a drink.
 If fic is well written: 2 drinks
  If fic is thoroughly IC: 4 drinks
   If fic conforms to storyline: 5 drinks
    If fic is the next chapter in a large series, well written and
            awaited: 8 drinks.
   If <name> is not a 'name': 7 drinks.
 If you *liked* it: 4 drinks.

If <name> is 'Ji'[1]: open the methanol, you'll need it.

and personal ones:

If Kergma actually finishes anything more than 10K of a fic, 10 drinks. ;)
