But people get turned into cyborgs for almost anything.  See the Tech Notes

be a case of people having children after becoming cyborgs.

Actually, that just reminded me a little of that thread about where Ukyou's 
little spatulae come from.  Is Ukyou going to be in this crossover?  Or 
maybe just the spatulae?  Hmm...maybe she could have the spatuale implanted. 
Or maybe even a retractable grill....
