Yup. Complaints are easier to voice than thanks. 

But it's also much easier to notice things when they go wrong than 
when they are working well.  I mean, I tend to take the UofR's ISP 
service for granted until something goes wrong, then I start 
swearing. :)

Dunno - can't say as if any of these have affected me personally - at
