Speaking of Kimba the White Lion (from Martin D. Pay's post)
my fiance was in a video store the other day looking for anime.
He got into a conversation with a devotee of Disney who said that Disney
does great original stories, and brought up Lion King as an example.
My fiance snorted and picked up Kimba and said, "You think Disney's
original?  Take alook at this."  To which, the person replied, "Well, 
they were just ripping off Disney."  I wish I had been there to see the
look on that guy's face when my fiance showed him the copyright
date on the video.
