Unreasonable, probably not. Unwieldly, yes.

Too many tags in the message header is just confusing and a good story
could be skipped needlessly.

A warning at the beginning of the fic should be good enough. "Adult
Situations - Do Not Red Further" etc. 

Tags and warnings don't always prevent people who "prefer not to read"
those type of stories from actually reading them. An example of this was my
"It's 11:00" lemon. I placed a rape warning at the beginning even though
the 'rape' never occured in the story. The warning didn't prevent the death
threats or 'sick' comments from those who read the story anyway. On the
plus side, it did influence a couple _very_ good series that are on the
FFML at the moment.
