I need some help:

My role-playing group is having a day of "conspiracy games" soon and I was
"persuaded" by some of the people there to run a conspiracy game using the
Bubblegum Crisis RPG.  The problem is, my brain's fried after a hard week of
university work and can't think of any ideas!  You don't need to know
anything about the game rules, just someone please give me some interesting
suggestions for a BGC Conspiracy!  I may use the KS in this game, or it may
be a group of ADP investigators.  

Oh, and if the game goes well, I may write a fanfic based on it.
