*WARNING* _Horrible_ metaphors ahead ;)
It was a dark and stormy night in Nerima. The rain fell toward the ground like
bowling balls dropped from a hundred story building. The wind caused the leaves
on the trees to flutter like the underarms of elderly people. People scurried
away from the downpour like cockroachs from the light. The few cars on the
streets drove carefully, like the way someone would walk over a minefield.
Ranma looked out the window of his room, deep in thought, as if he was taking
a dump and had nothing better to do. He was seated on the chair in the same
fashion as he would sit on a toilet. His chin was resting on his hand, as if was
trying to conceal a pimple.
Akane entered the room, the door creaking open like fingernails over a
chalkboard. She sat down in the chair next to Ranma, crossing her legs, as if
trying to keep invisible eyes from seeing her panties.
"Whatcha doin'?" she asked in a voice so husky it could pull a dogsled.
"I'm jus' thinking" he replied, not bothering to look at her, as if she had a
some deformity on her face "I wish it wasn't raining" He sighed as if he was
exhaling real hard.
"Thinkin' about what?" she looked at him with eyes as brown as the bark on
trees.
"The rain always makes me remember my past" he said in a voice that came from
his mouth.
Akane looked at Ranma curiously, like a young boy seeing his penis for the
first time "Your past, you mean before you went on that trainin' trip with your
father?"
Ranma now looked at Akane, as if she had a deformity on her face "Yeah"
"What was it?" she asked since if she didn't, the 'fic will no longer have
interaction between character.
"When I was young," he replied, as if he were a newbie on the internet
replying to their first email message "I had an old friend. I wonder what
happened to him over the years" He hadn't seen his friends since four, as if he
had been in a coma for 13 years and was just coming to.
"Well, why don't you invite him to come visit?" she asked, crossing her legs
again, like Sharon Stone in Basic Instict. She was gazing at Ranma intently, as
if he had a deformity on his face.
"I'd like to, but I can't" Ranma's gaze went back to the rain, his head
turining so fast he should have gotten whiplash "But I promised that the next
time we meet, I'll be married"
That's it. The story ACTUALLY sounds interesting if you exclude all those damn
metaphors ;)
