So, he's got that gizmo the child had in the first BGC episode, the one
that allows him to interface with the satellites(that's how I read it
anyway, I always thought that certain parts of the early BGC were confusing).

So there you go, he just does the usual tough guy thing of saying 'Die' 
before he directs the satellite strike. I believe, gods it's been a while
since I've seen BGC.
