That's.....quite a suggestion. The "darkfic" label would be a MUST for
this one.  I think if everyone thought Ryouga raped Akane, they would
just kill him and be done with it.  Not to mention you haven't explained
why Akane was naked and bound with a bandanna.  I really don't like this
idea to be honest but if you're determined to write it, at least give us
fair warning and be prepared for a LOT of flames.

Perhaps, a toned down version would be more prudant.  Ryouga is accused
of raping Akane and everyone tries to kill him.  Ryouga must somehow
prove his innocence and bring the real rapist to justice while avoiding
the wrath of the town.  Even then, it would be hard to pull off, but
this version would be more likely to work and be accepted than Ranma and
Co. raping female Ryouga for revenge and she dies with her baby.  It
just doesn't fit with Ranma 1/2....

Unless your intention was to simply shock the FFML which you've probably
already done.  Maybe you meant to label this "Bulwer-Lytton" or "Top Ten
Ranma 1/2 Fics That Would Get You Tied and Feathered"?

Isn't it tarred an Feathered?
I also Agree, not really in the spirit of Takahashi-san but if you would 
like i do have an idea... you could have the trail of the culprit lead 
back to Jusenkyou and to Herb's tribe or something (don't know much 
about him so I can't really say anything more)
