I don't know if Kuno would have noticed his actions endangering
Ranma-chan's pregnant form.. but if he did I'm sure he would have
been a LOT more careful (There was a comic strip that dealt with
a punk savagely shoving a pregnant woman to the sidewalk.. sadly,
when the baby was delivered, it was stillborn (dead)).

If Ryouga had been there, Akane would have tried to get him to
get Ranma-chan to safety, even if it meant swallowing his pride
and anger.  He would have tried as well, probably getting her to
Dr. Tofu's before Kuno caught on..
(Akane would have asked Ryouga to for Miyabi's sake)

Kuno isn't exactly stupid, but I thought even HE would have tried
at least take the fight away from Ranma-chan.
(Perhaps Kodachi was a little more sane just then)

And now Kuno will face the anger of many for doing the most HEINOUS
thing a samurai aspirant would have done..endangering a pregnant
woman and causing her to lose her baby (May he be tried and found
guilty in a court of law; he's already guilty in the court of
public opinion *maybe that's why the judge found against OJ..
the lingering sense of 'the murderer got away free' was in the
air of the courtroom: why else the judgement and damages?*).
