I'd be curious to know how other people manage to work full-time and

better left to the college kids. :-(
I work full time.. juggling an internship while going to college part
time to finish my degree. Whether or not I manage to write anything
depends on my mood to be truthful.. Sometimes I am simply not in the mood
to do it, and for me being in the wrong mood can cause my writing to
become very skewered one way or another.
Just being in college does not guarantee that you have free time.. you
can be flooded with schoolwork as easily as with a job. Although I do
have full internet access and two computers (One PC, one Sun Solaris Unix
system) most of my ideas usually rattle around in my head, being a
sentence or two. I expand them out later, if I want to try and use them.
Sometimes I don't.
I know for a fact that I can not write stories to relax.. they have the
opposite effect on me. So I try and find other things to do in order to
wind down after work. Then again, my job is not the most mentally
stimulating, so I recover very quickly.
