 My take on P-Chan:  P-Chan *has* his natural size.  He just happens to
be of a species of a minature pig.  Therefore he grows no bigger.
*Animal* forms do age and gain size, the perfect example being Pantsu
Tarou, who was dipped in the spring of drowned bull/crane/eel when he was
an infant by Happosai.

Actually, you could be safe then, in saying that the cursed form would age
*until it reached the age of the person/animal/entity that drowned* and be
pretty safe... after all, the specimens in Tarou's pool were adult when
drowned, it was a piglet that drowned in the Heitoennichuan, and it was a
*young* gorl that drowned in the Nyannichuan.

My take is, admitedly, slightly different again.  Whatever your age is, 
your cursed form will *always* *look* the age of whoever/whatever drowned 
in those damn pools.

Thus, Ranko will always look like a high-school girl, no matter how old 
Ranma actualy is.  Note that this does not affect your life expectancy, 
just your appearance.  ^_^
