Sorry.  I don't see that this idea is at all appealing.  First off, given
that Ranma et. al are inclined to jump to conclusions, I still think that
they are unlikely give Ryouga no chance to defend himself at all.  Or give
some kind of justification.  Second and more importantly, I cannot see any
males of the Ranma willing to rape anyone, especially a former boy, as
punishment for rape.  Kill, yeah, that I can see.  but not rape.  It is just
too baroque.  
     Part of it is, my reaction to the idea of rape (hang the bastards) but
part of it is that I don't believe that any of the Ranma characters could do
it.
