I'm sorry I just can't see Nodoka doing something like that.  It goes
against the grain.  Also, I thought Madoka told Yohko that she had to stay
physically pure (that might just be my imagination tho.
 

    I might be wrong about that, of course, and you needn't
follow that line if you don't want to, but you could have for instance
Madoka telling Ranma, "You can stay engaged to Akane, as long
as you go ahead and sleep with Yohko."

I can't see Nodoka _or_ Ranma doing something like that.  It would make
for an interesting lemon, but one that I'm _NOT_ going to do.
