Ukyo seems to fit Nanami a little better than Nabiki.  She works for her
money, has morals, and was away from her 'love' a while, and was reunited
a bit later in another land.

	Although Nanami's a bit less prone to violence than Ucchan, this
seems a good enough match.
	BTW, I'll ignore what you're implying about Nabiki _this_ time ^_-

I think the three Tendo sisters could be put together as the priestesses
a little more easily.  Nabiki would be bringing her own brand of priestesshood
to the bunch, but that should be fine.  Akane as Shayla, obviously.  Miz
could be done by Kasumi, and Afura Mann, the thinker would be Nabiki.

	Nabiki<->Afura and Akane<->Shayla I can see easily, but Miz is
_way_ too emotionally unbalanced to pass for Kasumi.  The latter's 
obsessive and slightly underhanded pursuit of her love is more reminicent
of Ko-chan and (I'll even admit) Shampoo

Alielle would be Tsubasa or Azusa.

	Then again I hav'nt seen much of Tsubasa so I might be off.

Tofu as Fujisawa.

	Naah, Tofu acts more like Miz than Fujisawa when confronted with
his love intrest... it's iffy, but my vote's for  Fujisawa<->Soun

Kuno as Katsuhiko Jinnai.

potentially homocidal as the Warlord Jinnai.

Londs would be Happosai (we never see Londs's dark side).

The two princesses would need to be new characters, and of course Fatora
would need to be a doppleganger of Ranma-chan for the body double plotline
to work.

As for who plays Galus, I can't decide between Ryoga and Mousse.  I think
Ryoga should, just because I cut Shampoo from the cast ;^)

	I dunno, I've never been crazy about serious attempts at
re-casting as the background for 'fics.
	IMO, a more amusing crossover might be for Makoto to make a
'Boo-Boo' while experimenting with the Eye of God and yank the Dojo to
El-Hazard (picture the various powers kicking in), or alternately post OAV
#7 Makoto and Ifurita trying to live a quiet life and develop their
relationship... in Nerima.
