Hmm... I would be mildly interested. ;) Only because Akane's reaction would be
very predictable.. unless.. she starts taking on Kasumi's attitude... The guys
at the school would be VERY interested in an older woman.. and Kasumi in
Akane's body would probably cause problems while trying to clean the house.

As for how, I have an idea:

Happy travels through dimensions(god only knows how) and enters the Orange
Road Universe. He takes the soul-change-rope and returns to the Ranma-verse
where he loses it accidently in a pile of laundry which Kasumi was working on
and asked Akane for help. Finding the rope, Akane plays with it and accidently
connects with Kasumi... *phhzzzt!* Akane-Kasumi and Kasumi-Akane! ^_^

I can see the lemony possibilities and why Happy would want it that way... :p

I can also see the emotional possibilities from Ranma's and the others'
viewpoints... 

Actually.. I would VERY much like to see something like this!! ^_^
