It's that time again, kids...remember, a typical play has at
the most, 5 acts. Is this wrapping up, or should it be changed
to "Part"?
Again, for clarification: If Ryo Saotome does not get back to
his own universe, find Bell-chan, and live happily ever after,
I will hunt you all down. I mean it.
There are some beautifyl scenes here. The Childra/Ishido scenes
(despite a carp I'll mention later), the Ryo guilt scenes (esp.
the bit where Childra wonders what Bell-chan would think of him,
and he mentions that he wonders himself.)
Specifics:
Ryo Saotome: Fabulous. I *ache* for this man. He's gotta have
Ataru in him somewhere, his luck's so bad. And *no one* likes
him! It's heartbreaking...
Childra Jansen: Well...the scenes were lovely, but she did seem
to shift really fast from her wisecracking self to the Ryouga
wannabe. It seemed a little too quick. Otherwise, gorgeous.
Ishido: Seems to have finally gotten his act together. Hope
things work out...Chris, you did mention nobbling Kevin and making
off to 2096 with Ishido, did you not? :-)
Ryo Muhoshin: Blissfully absent.
Miyabi: When she said she was gonna matchmake, this was my reaction:
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHH
HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite that, very nice. I'd still like
to see more of Ranma in her...
Rat: Hee hee.
Lovely bits here with Kuno. RpM, nice job.
Genma seemed a little unconcerned with the fact that his wife thinks
he fathered a child by another woman. I think he'd be a *little*
upset...
The Ryouga/Ukyou stuff was a parody of every Ryouga/Ukyou fan I've
seen. I loved the bit where Akane and Miyabi compare notes ("well,
there was the cave..."). Why did Ryouga get a flash of his supposed
future? At least with Ukyou, it was a dream...
The Star Wars gags fell flat for me, but everything else seemed to
work.
Overall, nice. Not even many spelling mistakes, so I guess RpM wasn't
as involved as I thought...OW!
