"March of the Pigs" by Stefan Gagne might fit this bill. It has a couple
new characters with similar curses to Ryoga's, and I'm pretty sure Azusa
was in it. There aren't that many Azusa stories -- I'm working on one or
two now.

Other classic Ryoga-centric stories are Mark Latus' alternate Ryoga
fics: The Shampoo Variation, Ryoga: Crossover, and I think there was
another. Also Ranma Jijou by Dov Sherman, one of my favorite "original
flavor" stories, has (despite the title) Ryoga as the star.
