Nice try, but if that was the case, then it would be best for dieties to begin life as fully formed adults. There'd be no difficulty since we're talking about the Lord here.
Anyway have you read vol 8 of the AMG manga? If you haven't, there's a chapter in it that shows Skuld going the same difficulties, seems that goddesses go through that stage when their magic grows. What you wrote was uncannily simmiliar. Not bad, not bad at all.
That chapter should be available from DH in a few months.
