Okay guys.  Glad that most of you are enjoying it.  But here comes the first of 
the pleas from me for help.

You can expect another one of these when I come to write Ryoga's main part....

Anyway, here's the challenge.  Anyone can take it up.  Basically, I'm looking 
for:

   1) A devious but bizarre plan to take over the world.
   2) Newspaper articles describing said plan taking place.

Just as an example, here's what one of the originals might have looked like:

         Article from "The Sundry Times", early next morning:

    RASH OF COW TIPPING BAFFLES POLICE

 Police have been informed by local farmers of a bizarre incident of cows being 
left on their backs.  Many farmers have voiced concerned for their livelihood.  
One commented: "It's ruining our livestock.  All the cows that have suffered at 
the hands of this mysterious cow tipper are irreplacable!  The milk we get from 
them now, it's all curdled!"
  The local police force offer no clues to who is doing this, or why.



Okay, so that's the basic challenge.  I'll mix and match the best ideas, and 
you'll see what I choose when I start posting the fiction (in the latest part, 
there's at least one such newspaper article)
