Right.  Evidence, please.  To my knowledge, I've not seen Akane blame Ranma
for that photo mess.

Well, it's right in the manga.  The first thing Akane does is go 
after Ranma.  The exact same thing happens several volumes later when 
Happousai has photos of Akane during Happi's first appearance.

I have the scene right in front of me.  Akane asks why Ranma has pictures of
her.  Ranma says that they were Kuno's.  Nabiki says 'Just making a little
money on the side.'  Akane turns and yells at her.  Ranma performs Saotome
Super Ultra Final Technique: Swallow Foot up to Hip (Open mouth, insert
foot, swallow to hip).  Akane attacks Ranma.

Same thing happens with Happosai.  Ranma shows Akane a picture.  Akane slaps
him.  Ranma says they are Happi's.  Akane turns her wrath to Happosai.

I think Akane doesn't believe that Ranma would take pictures of anyone.
