Bad idea. Bringing it to his attention(if you somehow found a way) would
force him into legal manuevours(if he doesn't own the copyright, he might
not, I'm not quite sure, but still not a good idea...)

Hey, did anyone ever see that Sailor Moon Mutiple Choice Fic? In that,
the person who wrote it got the permision of Trish Ledoux(sp?) to 
spoof her as a character(she's not associated with Sailor Moon, of
course).
