>From my understanding of copyright laws, this would be a BadThing(tm).  Part
of the reason no one really comes after fan fic writers is that the owners
don't acknowledge us.  For them to recognize that we exist would force them
to prosecute, or risk losing their copyrights.  We kind of float in a legal
grey area.  Atleast, thats what I've been lead to believe.
