Why on earth do the Amazons have Instant Spring of Drown Man Bath Salts?
 Especially if they're only one shot?  Doesn't sound like a useful recipe to
me.

They were in packages and referred to as a cheap imitation.  I suspect you
can get them at the Jyusenkyou Springs Souvenir Shop....
