And I believe the usual equation is

Martial Artist + Gun = Dead Martial Aritst.

Realistic martial artists? Yes.
Ranma and co? Not so sure.

I've disarmed someone with a gun(though I wouldn't recommend trying it.
I was depressed at the time and had little regard for my life. And
another point was the guy was too close, close enough so -I- could reach
the weapon. If he had been standing far off, I would probably be dead.)

Hmm....I think I know a few people who could/would disarm a man with a gun
at fairly close raings.  (Black belts w/ military training, generally)
I wouldn't try it myself, though...
