		Actually, the evacuation of St. Norbert was precautionary.
If a newly constructed dyke extension were not to hold, then the next
line of defense would be the perimeter highway.  This means that Pembina
Highway would have to be dyked up where it crosses the perimeter, cutting
off escape from St. Norbert.  Twister lives just a bit south of the
perimeter, I live just north of it in Fort Richmond.  
	I've sent a message to Twister offering to act as go between for 
him for this list, but the evacuation notice came so quickly he may not
have gotten my message.
	Ah, Hitome, what a time for you to be away.  Joining us on a 
sandbagging team might have led to some curious stories.
