        The "Ni" meaning "you" that you were referring to is correct in a way.
This is because Chinese words have four possible meanings. "You" and
"drown" are just two possible meanings. Feel free to ask me any questions
but I can't gaurantee that I know every word that you want.

english dictionary can do. But someone else is asking some help from
fiction from me. he wishes to know the words for council of martrichs,
clan, and tribe. But the closest thing I can think of is shou huei jan
which is clan association. anyone has any ideas?
