Hiya!

	Got a quick question for the thing I'm working on - hope it isn't 
too stupid of a question.

	Anyways.  I'm not too familiar with the japanese school system, 
so I'm just wondering: how many grades are there above Ranma in his high 
school?  How many below (is he in the bottom class)?  He's in the 
equivalent of grade 11, right?  (Thus Nabiki in grade 12 - another grade 
above that?)

As far as I can tell, Ranma is in the equivalent of grade ten, in that there
are two grades above her. Once at the high-school level (the Japanese name
of which escapes me for the moment), there re three years, and Ranma, Akane
and Ukyou are in 1, while Kunou and Nabiki are in 2.
I think! :)

hmm.. but if Ranma and Akane are supposed to be 16 in the series (they
are, right?) then that's the equivelent of junior year of high school over
here, so they'd only have 1 year left, and Kuno and Nabiki would be the
equivilient of seniors... of course, this is all asuming that the Japanese
graduate from high school when they are 18... maybe I'm assuming too many
parrells to our own system?
