what are you refering to here? To the best of my knowledge Akane has
_not_ fought with any of her rivals except shampoo and kodachi and those
fights weren't about Ranma.
Also she's the one who doesn't do any sort of schemes to get Ranma.
She doesn't need to, beyond that she's still unsure of her feelings for
him so she often can't act.
Indeed when Nabiki swaped engagements with her all the other rivals went after
Nabiki, but when Akane thought she made a better fiance she was willing to give
Ranma up.
Well, that good for Akane. I do give Akane some major credit. She's the
only one I believe won't use magic on Ranma to gain his love, nor does she
(as you said) go about scheming (although, like I said, there may be other
reasons for this). However, fairplay I won't give her. I'll give a
higher sense of morality for her but seeing as how morality is highly
culturally relative she damned well better have more morality for Japanese
society than Shampoo who is an outsider to Japanese society.
