I'd like to throw this hypothetical question out:
How would _Akane_ have reacted in the situations mentioned above?
How would _Akane_ have reacted if Ranma had shown Ryouga her
(Akane's) breasts?
How would _Akane_ have reacted if some strange girl showed up and
started fouling up her plans?
How would _Akane_ have reacted if she owned a restaurant and some
wierdo hidden in a pop machine showed up and started busting things
up?
How would _Akane_ have reacted if a statue charged at her?
Something tells me that she would have reacted with a lot more
violence than Ukyou did. (I hesitate to even imagine the beating
that the first one would have brought on. :)
Shouldn't you give everyone a fair shake?
How would _Ukyou_ have reacted in Akane's position?
How would _Ukyou_ have reacted if she was forcibly engaged to someone she
didn't know?
How would _Ukyou_ have reacted if she had been kidnapped and threatened to
be turned into a duck?
How would _Ukyou_ have reacted in any other event Akane had to endure?
For that matter, how would *any* of Ranma's other fiancees had reacted?
Much more violently than Akane, I would imagine.
And Mr. Connor, if you're still looking for a fanfic in which Ukyou is
portrayed as a saint, try Sean Gaffney's "Glory Box".

'Confirmed' didn't actually mean *confirmed*, as such, it was merely
