try rec.arts.anime.creative (aka http://www.tass.org/fanfic) it should be
there, I don't think anything new has come out on it yet tho

The 'official' site is at http://www.uh.edu/~rpm/sw1.htm
But only the first 4 parts are there, any other parts are obviously
in final/not so final editing, and so aren't there.
