She's got a sort of idealistic view that he definitely doesn't
deserve (granted her view doesn't make him out to be perfect but it
ignores alot of his present flaws, mostly because she hasn't seen them
yet). I could on but this is the main flaw.
You know that's an incredibly common flaw in the series. Kuno and all
the guy's who attacked Akane at the begining of the series had this problem,
looking at Akane and only seeing a sort of idealised symbol to possess. Shampoo
has this problem, deciding because Ranma had beaten her he was an ideal man.
Mousse has this problem for Shampoo. Kodachi lives in a fantasy world like her
brother and Ranma's idealised there. Ryouga's probably one of the worst, being
completely unable to see Akane beyond his constant visions of her as the one
woman he could be in love with.
The only couple that doesn't have this problem is Akane and Ranma. I'd
say that their about the only couple who actually fell in love with each other
rather than developing an obsesion and pursuing it.
