	I'll be the first to admit that Cologne is an underhanded and
Macciavellian(sp?) sneak with an aversion to simply leveling with people
rather than playing puppeteer. 
	That being said, all of her 'mistreatment' of Ranma has ended with
him becoming more powerful or skilled than before.  Also, I have yet to
see Cologne act with _malice_ (not being rough or demanding, but outright
cruelty for the sake of it) towards anyone save perhaps Mousse.
