Ranma will go to ANY lengths to keep his harem (excuse me, I mean
fiancees) from being snatched by other men (or women).  (Just watch,
anytime ANYBODY looks like they're getting serious with Akane or Ukyou
or Shampoo, Ranma will throw on a dress (or whatever) to "save" them)

Compare this to Ataru who goes to some lengths to preserve Miss Sakura's
engagement.  (The two he does fight to hold onto, he at least admits his
love for)

I agree with the lemon goddess that Akane isn't the best match for
Ataru, but the girl who is isn't Rumic.  (Still working on his
checklist, so far she matches exactly...)
