I'm no expert on Yu Yu Hakusho, but I've seen Yusuke's Rei gun
and it doesn't seem neccesarily all that more powerful than Ryoga's
Shishi Hokodan, or Herb's whatever-you-call-it chi blast thingy, or
Saffron's, for that matter; all of which Ranma has faced in the past and
came out on top. By the way, it's cats Ranma's afraid of, not foxes;
and after going up against a giant eight-headed hentai serpent and a
giant winged minotaur with squid tentacles (among other things), I don't
think he'd be fazed much by Kurama's little fox ears.^_^ Plus, he's
plenty fast enough to dodge Kuwabara's sword and such.
Now dragon ball. Sure, he'd stand a chance against the likes of the human
Z Fighters. But not the Sayajin. One Kemeamea and Ranma's dust, a good backfist
from Vegita would leave Ranma headless (As if he had that much of a brain in the
first place),and Gotenks and/or Gogetta would squash him like a bug.
I'm not gonna argue with that. Goku and co. are plenty powerful
enough to wipe the landscape with Ranma, and with pretty much every
other anime character out there to boot.
Now Teknoman. Let's see here. Slade has armor that not even quntum
energy bombs can't even dent. Ranma has chineese clothes. Slade has enough
destructive power to blow up an entire planet. Ranma can probably blow up a
mountian, though doubtful. Slade can go fast enough to make Superman seem slow,
so can Ranma, but that's not the point. Either a TeknoBolt or a single swish
from his TeknoLance would end it all then and there.
Now that's hardly fair, is it? Pitting Ranma against a guy in
Tekno armor? Try giving Ranma some of that fancy Tekno junk to even it
up.
X 1999. Let's see, Kamui would just have to stare him down and he's done
for. Sora would tear him apart at the seams, all with a smile on his face. I
have no clue how either the Seals or Harbingers woud deal with him, but they
would beat him anyway.
Ranma doesn't stare down that easily. And Sora's too nice a
guy. The real danger to Ranma would be if Fuma or Seishiro tried to
seduce him (those kinky CLAMP men! I swear... ^^;;)
Susano from Orion, would just make a single hand gesture, then *POP* no
more Ranma. Ghost in the Shell's Kusanagi would use her thermal cloak and snap
his neck from behind. Briarous from Appleseed would make him the winner of the
next Mr. Swiss Cheese contest.
Kusanagi and Briarous both have fancy gadgets that Ranma
doesn't. And come on... Susano vs. Ranma?! We're talking a storm god
versus a mortal human being; how unfair can you get?
Ahh, that made me feel SO much better. Anyone have anything to say in the
little big man's defense?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. To gauge a person's worth from
the people he can beat up is just...pathetic. Not to mention that some
of the mathes you named were ridiculously obvious. Yes, Goku could beat
Ranma, as could Superman, the Evangelion-01, Lucifer Morningstar, and
the combined armed forces of the US and Japan... I might add that all
of the characters above mentioned could beat up you or me or anyone else
who might be reading this. Does that neccesarily make them better than
us? I don't think so. Why don't you just admit that you don't like
Ranma as a character, instead of listing every anime character who could
beat him?
Ahh, that made *me* feel SO much better. Sweet dreams, pleasant
nightmares...
