So to point it out- in Japanese you would spell it with the symbols that

(and just as a minor point, you can't call it a tae-kwon-do- gi because
it's Korean, not Japanese. this simple point enrages Chinese and
Japanese martial artists traditionals.)

Sorry, it's a _really_ bad habit of mine to call the uniform a gi.  I
don't remember what the corrct name is for the tae-kwon-do uniform is.

Kempo:  a style of Karate (not kempou, actually Kempo should be
refered to
as Kempo-Karate, but it's been shortened to Kempo for convienence)

Kempo- is actually one of the significant roots of Karate, and when
spelled with an M it represents the original Chinese Kempo, that Ed
Parker Practised
Japanese Kenpo it a simplified version.

That's what I said!  I saw it and it pissed me off.  I don't remember who
spelled it that way.

sorry for the spam, but misspellings like the ones above bother me

martial artist my self I have problems understanding those who don't

the official spelling)

But this is the point that there is no real OFFICIAL spelling outside
proper grammer.

I've never seen it spelled "Jyudo" but if you say so...
