Amost all of the Ranma fanfiction out there is basically  about Ranma
and his indescion over which fiancee to marry. Is there or has any one
considered pairing up Nodoka and Soun? Character wise they are sorely
neglected.

        That's because Nodoka's husband is still alive.  You mean,
Soun and the adult Hinako.
