In answer to my own question (in case someone is interested),
in the Ranma 1/2 Universe site, under the Tendo dojo link,
there is a directory in iczer where I was able to download
sketches to the dojo, although I'll have to see if there was
a layout for the second floor.  Great for interior descrips IMHO.
