During the whole debate between Mark Morrison and Chris Davies, I noticed
alot of people insulting each other by saying "You sound like an AOL person,"
or along those lines. Now granted there are those AOL people who think Todd
McFarlane is actually quality reading, but there's just as many of us who...,
don't. My question is, do people on the ML avoid a fanfic JUST because it
was sent from AOL? I have another e-mail account but the truth of the matter
is AOL's e-mail is ALOT better than the UC system's Pine. And I wouldn't
still be trying to finish Prom Night (albiet rather slowly) if I didn't feel
my writing was somewhat capable and invoked interest from people, so I really
don't think AOL people are all simpletons. Just my two peso's on this matter
because I'm hoping that people not only read fanfics regardless of NA or
Japanese names, but regardless if the person who sent them happens to use
AOL.
On a sidenote, I want to apologize to the people who C&C me and give me
support and how I've been rather slow at replying. I always think "I have
time to write a long thought out response to each person, just not now..."
Well, apparently not, but believe you me, I'm going to answer every piece of
fanmail I've gotten in the past 2 months if it kills me... I really do
appreciate everyone's interest (even if I do use AOL ^_^) One last thing,
expect Prom NIght to FINALLY, AFTER 3 MONTHS, conclude sometime next week.
