That would be Brendan O'Donnell. A couple of months ago, he said he 
doubted he'd be doing anything with it for a while. I guess if he doesn't

Actually, I've got a Ranma/Sazan(3x3) Eyes Fusion fic in the works as well,
but that's not going to be ready for a while.
