14) Lum (Urusei Yatsura)
Imagine Akane souped up with Lighting and space mecha, and even a Ranma
hater would start to feel sorry for him. Of course with Ataru and the Lum
stormtropers even Ranma might be running from a fight after awhile...(This
has been done, see Still Water's Run deep and I forget the name of the
great Volleball fic that pitted Furnikan vs Tomboki..Great Stuff..:)

The only problem I see with this one is that Ranma really doesn't deserve
the treatment he'd get from Lum. Getting whacked on the head by
interdimensional hammers is one thing but getting fried every day is
something only Ataru has earned. The main reason (I see) that we enjoy
seeing Ataru fried is that he deserves it as one of the biggest perverts
in the anime world. Ranma doesn't. He's _not_ a pervert. He's just
stupid.
I have an addition to your list though.
Nuku Nuku (All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku)
I can see it happening. Nuku Nuku needs to learn more about humans, what
better way than to get engaged to one. Genma would go with it if it
involved food. She's kawaii. And, of course, she's got the mind of a
cat. What better match-up could there be?!
