I do *not* apologize to Mr. Morrison.  He deserves everything I
said to him, and I stand by every word.

Huh?  He asked for it, you gave it to him.  Where is the problem?

        Oh, please.  Just over a little thing not even worth
fighting about.  As I understand it, it all started when M "told" 
everyone to use the Japanese names of the cast of SM.

        The way I see it is....fine.  Tell everyone but don't expect
everyone to listen just because of a mistaken belief (or not) that
your word is law.  If one wanted to use the English version's names, 
then who cares?  

        To cite my own case, *I* think the name "Alita" suits
Gunnm's (aka "Battle Angel Alita") heroine better than (ugh) "Gally",
even though everyone *knows* that Viz is the bugbear of all things 
pure, dubbed and translated.  

        The story is all that matters in the end, so concentrate on
the story, not the names.  As long as you spell the names right,
that is.
