Well, I would rank her ahead of Kodachi, who is insane :)
At least with Shampoo, you wouldn't get unpredictable behavior and random
poisoning. So I can say ONE good thing for her. You wouldn't have to
worry about waking up dead or tied to ceiling. Probably.
I think that I would have to dissagree with you on those points. You know
how potion happy Shampoo gets. If she had a husband, she would see him as a
Shampoo does not randomly experiment on people. If she does something to
you, it's to achieve a coherent goal. And it is possible to encounter her
without being drugged. I don't think she would drug Ranma for fun, unlike
Kodachi, who would.

"But I wonder whether people who ask God to interfere openly and directly
in our world quite realise what it will be like when He does. When that
happens, it's the end of the world....For this time, it will be God
without disguise; something so overwhelming that it will strike either
irresistible love or irresistible horror into every creature. It will be
too late then to choose your side...That won't be the time for choosing;
it will be the time when we discover which side we have really chosen,
whether we realized it before or not. NOW is the our chance to choose the
right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. IT won't last
forever. We must take it or leave it."
